The waste heat from the flue gas of the galvanizing furnace can be utilized for heating the flux, reaching a temperature of 65°C without the need for additional energy.

We have designed a hot water heat exchanger in the flue, which can generate hot water at 90°C.

Then, the flux is heated by a circulating pump. For the heating of the flux, either an in-tank heat exchanger or an external circulation heating system can be chosen.
