Due to the design of a closed room for pre-treatment, some equipment is required to transport workpieces into and out of the closed room. Such equipment includes feeding carts, the closed room itself, and discharging carts. At the positions where the carts enter and exit, we have designed lifting doors. Alternatively, a chain conveyor mechanism can be used for workpiece transportation, which is more conducive to the overflow of acid mist.

The closed room is made of steel structure, with an inner lining of anti-corrosion plates for sealing, ensuring that acid mist does not leak out.
