In December 2021, Resense achieved a major industrial milestone by commissioning a massive, 10-line turnkey automated loop hot-dip galvanizing plant for the Tangshan Subsidiary of Youfa Steel Pipe Group—the world's leading steel pipe conglomerate. Sharing the same corporate parent as the Tianjin headquarters, the Tangshan production hub trusted Resense's heavy-duty engineering expertise for this multi-line mega-expansion. As the sole EPCO main contractor, Resense engineered 10 parallel, 100% above-ground loop (circular) lines featuring heavy-duty zinc baths (6.5 x 2.2 x 3.5 m). Driven by proprietary MES/SCADA software and powered by 18 specialized automated electric hoists, the facility achieves a high-velocity throughput of 12 dips per hour with a 2 x 5t system capacity. This landmark project establishes a global benchmark for automated, intelligent, and energy-efficient pipe galvanizing plant infrastructure.
