In May 2020, Qingdao Huijintong (HJT) commissioned its advanced Circular-galvanizing line project, setting a new standard for internal manufacturing excellence. This project serves as a flagship demonstration of HJT’s turnkey solution capabilities, integrating high-capacity output with Industry 4.0 smart technology.

The Solution:
Designed to support the massive production needs of UHV (Ultra-High Voltage) power towers, this underground circular layout optimizes floor space while maintaining a high-speed workflow. The system features a precision-engineered 4.0m x 1.5m x 2.5m galvanizing bath, capable of performing 12 dips per hour.

Technical Superiority:
This line is a masterpiece of automation and informatization. By utilizing a total of 16 specialized electric hoists (8 for pickling, 8 for galvanizing) and a 2 x 3t system capacity, HJT has eliminated the inconsistencies of manual operation.

Circular Batch Hot-Dip Galvanizing Line – Shanghai Yongfeng Group

The Shanghai Yongfeng circular batch hot-dip galvanizing line is a modern facility designed for high-efficiency steel protection. The line features a galvanizing bath sized 6.87 × 2.27 × 3.14 m, 12 dips per hour, and a system capacity of 2 × 5 tons. It includes 3 lifting stations, 5 fixed stations, 8 pickling and 8 galvanized electric hoists each equipped with vibrators and remotely controlled. The pre-treatment system uses double-row workpiece conveyors with end-pit unloading, while flux is heated with a graphite heat exchanger and circulated by a dedicated pump. In 2020, the plant hosted the China Galvanizing Annual Meeting, welcoming around 500 visitors. This circular batch line ensures consistent coating quality, flexible handling of diverse steel products, and high production efficiency, reflecting Yongfeng’s expertise in advanced galvanizing technology.
