1. Circular Layout Transformation

We converted the client’s aging linear facility into a Vertical Circular Galvanizing Line. This significantly optimized the material flow, reduced crane idle time, and increased the "Dips per Hour" to 8, maximizing ROI for the existing factory footprint.


2. Advanced Emission Control (NH3 Removal)

To meet modern environmental ESG standards, the line features a sophisticated dual-stage filtration system:

  • Side + Top Suction: Captures 98%+ of fumes at the source.

  • Spray Tower Post-Dust Collector: Specifically designed to neutralize and eliminate Ammonia (NH3) from zinc smoke, ensuring clean emissions.

3. Energy Efficient Flux Heating

We implemented a Graphite Heat Exchanger for the flux heating system. Compared to traditional methods, this provides superior corrosion resistance and thermal conductivity, drastically reducing energy consumption.

4. Integrated Smart Control Center

The line is managed by a Centralized Monitoring System (CMS).

  • Real-time Analytics: Displays and adjusts all operational parameters.

  • Live Surveillance: Integrated video feeds for total shop-floor visibility and safety management.
