Due to the design of a closed room for pre-treatment, some equipment is required to transport workpieces into and out of the closed room.
Such equipment includes feeding carts, the closed room itself, and discharging carts. At the positions where the carts enter and exit, we have designed lifting doors. Alternatively, a chain conveyor mechanism can be used for workpiece transportation, which is more conducive to the overflow of acid mist.
The closed room is made of steel structure, with an inner lining of anti-corrosion plates for sealing, ensuring that acid mist does not leak out.

The collection of acid mist is carried out in a closed acid washing room. The structure of the room is made of steel components welded together and connected by bolts.
Acid-resistant plates are installed on the inner surface of the room to protect against corrosion.
Acid washing electric hoists are installed on the top of the room for easy handling of equipment, while lighting is installed inside to ensure visibility.
A glass fiber reinforced plastic fan is used to direct the acid mist to the acid mist treatment system. The system employs a PP (Polypropylene) material spray tower, which can be used for primary treatment or upgraded to a two-level treatment process.
The spray tower typically includes a three-layer system with features such as automatic dosing and HP value automatic detection.
The fan in the system can be controlled by frequency conversion, adjusting according to the negative pressure in the sealed room.
We use an integrated device to remove iron ions from the solvent tank, which can ensure that the concentration of iron ions is less than 1.5g/ L.
With this system, the consumption of zinc can be reduced, usually by 2-3kg/t.
