We successfully delivered complete engineering, specialized rail alignment production line equipment, on-site installation, commissioning, and final production acceptance.

Pioneering Rail Layout Design in China
Built in January 2018, this facility was recognized as China's first rail layout hot-dip galvanizing production line. This innovative layout optimizes workshop logistics, drastically reduces crane waiting times, and maximizes structural throughput. Following the monumental success of this project, this specific layout became a national standard—China has since built around 30 rail layout lines, 12 of which were designed and delivered by our team.
2. First Application of Horizontal Pickling Electric Hoists
This project marked the historic first use of horizontal pickling electric hoists in China's galvanizing sector. Compared to traditional hoists, the horizontal engineering configuration offers superior stability against acid mist corrosion, lowers maintenance costs, and ensures safer overhead lifting during pre-treatment. This setup has since been widely adopted and emulated by numerous galvanizing plants across the country.
