The defining feature of the Phase IV line is its fully integrated closed-loop automation matrix. Instead of traditional hoists moving back and forth on a single rail (causing bottlenecks), the 14 specialized hoists move continuously on a dedicated loop track. Controlled by intelligent dispatching software, the system precisely schedules dipping times, extraction speeds, and pathing. This guarantees an incredibly stable zinc coating quality and uniform corrosion resistance while completely eliminating transit wait times.
Strict Environmental Compliance via Sealed Negative-Pressure Loop
The entire loop line adopts an advanced, fully enclosed, suspended, negative-pressure design for both the pickling and dipping workshops. Because the loop system keeps the material moving smoothly through sealed zones, it realizes full visual management while completely trapping chemical leakage, acid mist, or zinc fumes. The entire facility fully complies with stringent regional and international environmental protection standards, achieving a clean and safe zero-emission working environment.
